It is as simple as dialling our MANGO number from your phone. We’ll send you a step-by-step guide, and a delight cultivator will walk you through the process.
Can I keep my phone number?
Sure you can! Your customers would not need to use any new numbers to contact you.
What if I don’t have a phone number, will you provide me with one?
No a problem! MANGO will provide you with any of our numerous Direct Inward Dialling ( Virtual Telephone) numbers to use until you get your number set up.
How do you transfer a caller to me?
Mango makes it really simple to transfer a call using our virtual receptionist call –handling service.

Firstly the call is answered by a very experience MANGO receptionist with your preferred happy greeting

The customer is placed on hold after asking the customer’s name and the purpose of the call

Mango then contacts the customer and asks whether you would like to accept the call.

What are your hours?
MANGO is available up to 24/7/365! Monday-Saturday from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM in your local time zone. Our MANGO receptionist service is also equipped to handle all your calls with our lunch time and after hour support 24/7/365 add-ons for a nominal fee.
Does Mango know how to work with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM)?
Each MANGO receptionist is trained on the basic usage of most CRMs and other similar systems. We have a few tips and tricks to make that process simpler, so speak with your Partner engagement manager and we can definitely get you set up for some essential CRM support.
What does the set-up fee cover?
This fee goes towards setting up and programming your system codes and MANGO agent syncronization. This is all just part of getting your account to go live, and we would live to make this hassle free for you to get started
What if I am not satisfied with Mango Receptionist?
Basically, you are able to cancel within the first 30 days without any notice. After those initial 30 days, we do require a 30 day cancellation notice to smoothly transition away from your live-call answering.
